Homemade Pizza
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
300 grams flour
150 ml lukewarm water
4 tbs olive oil
1 tbs instant yeast
1 ts salt
For the top:
150 ml passata di pomodoro
1 tbs stevia
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tbs olive oil
pepperoni or similar salami
350 grams mozzarella
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the salt with the flour.
Make a well in the center and pour the olive oil and yeast inside.
Gradually, add the water to knead a soft dough. Shape the dough into a ball, brush it with olive oil, and left to rest for 30 minutes.
Mix the tomato sauce, stevia, olive oil, salt, and oregano for the sauce that will be used to brush the pizza.
Preheat the oven at 230°C (fan oven with grill).
After the dough is ready, roll it out into a thin pizza circle.
Place it in a round, greased baking tray, leaving a small border around the edges.
Put it in the preheated oven for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread the tomato sauce over it. Arrange slices of salami and mozzarella on top. Each piece of mozzarella is drizzled with a little olive oil, and a basil leaf can be added if desired.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
The ingredients make about 2 middle-size pizzas. You can prepare both Margherita and Pepperoni with this recipe.
