Protein yoghurt with berries
This berry dessert makes the perfect weekday breakfast or everyday afternoon snack.
Ingredients
1 tbsp protein isolate (Inkospor in my case)
1 tbsp yoghurt
2 tbsp Icelandic skyr
5-6 berries or 1 tsp berry jam of your choice
1-2 chopped walnuts
Instructions
Mix the protein, yoghur, skyr and water until creamy.
Garnish with the walnuts, berries or berry jam on top.
Et voilà! Your protein snack is ready!
