Protein yoghurt with berries

This berry dessert makes the perfect weekday breakfast or everyday afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp protein isolate (Inkospor in my case)

  • 1 tbsp yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp Icelandic skyr

  • 5-6 berries or 1 tsp berry jam of your choice

  • 1-2 chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the protein, yoghur, skyr and water until creamy.

  2. Garnish with the walnuts, berries or berry jam on top.

  3. Et voilà! Your protein snack is ready!
